1 bunch Coriander leaves, chopped
6-8 piece Fresh Bombay duck fish, cut into two halves
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Green chillies, crushed
Oil for pan frying
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Rice flour
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
6-8 piece Fresh Bombay duck fish, cut into two halves
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Green chillies, crushed
Oil for pan frying
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Rice flour
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Wash and clean fresh Bombay duck fish and cut them into two halves and put in a mixing bowl. Add crushed green chillies, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt and about 1 tbsp rice flour (this helps in coating the masala to the fish). Mix all the ingredients well so that the fish is nicely coated with the spices. Heat oil in a hot pan or tawa and pan fry the fish pieces until crisp and golden in colour.
